The best way to enjoy it is to mix 5 parts iced water to 1 part Ricard and add ice cubes, releasing the aniseed flavour. It can be adjusted to personal taste and used in a variety of cocktails. In 1932, Paul Ricard created his unique recipe, giving rise to Ricard, the authentic Pastis de Marseille. Its reputation is based on the careful selection of high quality natural ingredients, such as aniseed and the finest sun-dried fruits.
